First of all I would like apologize for such a late review but it took time to get to my ranch and I hadn't opened the crate until today. I was amazed at how well packed the trencher was and that it had absolutely no scratches or dents on the trencher and everything seems to be in the crate. The chain was in a sealed bag along with the holding arm and connecting parts so I didn't get a close look but good enough to know that they were okay and ready to be assebled. Everything resembles the picture shown for the product so I don't have any complaints. Once assembled, I will put the oil and gas into the engine and start it up to test it out but for now I will be reading the instructions. Yes, I am a guy and I look at the instructions before assembling a product. So far it was a breeze to connect the handle bars with just one bolt locking it into place. Very well thoughjt out design and with luck the engine will pur like a kitten.
